Junkosha's Ultra-Fine Thermocouple enables precision temperature monitoring in ablation catheters and esophageal diagnostic systems. Available in Type-T (copper-constantan) and Type-K (chromel-alumel) configurations, with conductor sizes from AWG 38 down to AWG 50 (0.025 mm). Fewer than a handful of manufacturers globally can produce thermocouples thinner than AWG 38; Junkosha has commercialized versions below AWG 50 with JIS C 1602 Class 1 temperature tolerance (±0.5°C for Type-T, ±1.5°C for Type-K).

The EAF-03 Multi-Channel Transmission Cable and Assembly (MCT) is Junkosha's patented replacement for coaxial and FPC subassemblies in intracorporeal ultrasound probes. Its multi-channel structure packs 64 channels into a 1 mm outer diameter — 32-43% thinner than an equivalent coaxial bundle — while maintaining coax-grade signal quality, superior flexibility, and a simplified, process-friendly structure that cuts device assembly man-hours.

The EAF-04 Ultra-Fine Flat Cable provides an extremely compact wiring solution for miniaturized medical and analytical devices. Its ultra-fine conductor pitch and thin profile enable routing in the smallest spaces.

The EAF-05 Cable for Endoscopes is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of flexible endoscopy - combining ultra-fine construction with biocompatibility and high reliability in repeated sterilization cycles.

The EAF-06 Cable Assembly for Ultrasound Echo Probes is specifically developed for ultrasound transducer applications. It provides the high conductor count, small diameter, and exceptional flexibility required by modern ultrasound probes.
